How it goes

Four steps. You are on your own for none of them.

    We listen

    Budget, rooms, distance to the sea, schools, whether the street lives through winter. We understand what you are looking for before we open a single door.

  2. 02

    We visit

    We walk through the shortlist together. Finding you a reason to say no to a flat is part of the job too.

  3. 03

    We close the deed

    Valuation, notary, sworn translator, tax number, the land registry appointment. We chase the paperwork; you sign.

  4. 04

    We stay after the keys

    Utilities, service charges, renovation, letting it out, the residence permit. The sale ends; the relationship does not.
